Withdrawals from Purchase:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of receiving your order. To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer service team at support@luxonis.com. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and the purchase will be refunded in full within 14 days after receiving returned merchandise. Please note that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for the following items:
Custom-made products
Devices that have been damaged
Devices that are not in their original condition
Warranty Claims:
We offer a warranty on all products for a period of one year from the date of their original retail purchase. In certain jurisdictions, local laws may provide additional rights and protections, including longer warranty periods. If you believe that your device is defective, please contact us at support@luxonis.com. Our customer service team will provide instructions on how to return the item for inspection. We will also be able to cover your shipping expenses. If the device is found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will immediately provide a replacement. Please note that the warranty does not cover any damage resulting from an improper use of the product not conforming to the instructions, such as damage resulting from immersion in water, mechanical damage, etc.
